Band to Join.ABOUT
26 year old trumpeter based in Manchester city centre seeking a big band or orchestra to join.
I started playing at the age of 6 and progressed through classical grades until I stopped at the age of 18 - I picked it back up again 2.5 years ago and fell back in love with big band music. Looking to get back into big band as well as revisit my orchestral roots again. I've played 3rd and 2nd seat with two community big bands for the last 2.5 years and have played several gigs including the Great North Big Band Festival in Chester-le-Street two years running.
I have a bit of a fear of improv so prefer to read music, but in the right environment I'm sure I can overcome this :)
