Originally a jazz/prog/heavy drummer...well, for the last 30yrs. Played live, both, covers and originals.
Got into bass about 3 yrs ago and haven't put it down since (in a very basic capacity anyway). From your basic 4 to 6, including fretless (but I'm not there yet with fretless).
For playing live, I'm sticking to the drums, but also keen on working more on my bass confidence (Just don't expect Wooten, Myung, or Dom Lapoint).

EQUIPMENT
A small fusion kit that I extended to my preferred set-up. Always like to change the configuration, from a minimal one for jazz to an extended prog one. As I now mostly play at home, I'm just using practice (perforated) cymbals, but happy to get my own if there's a chance of playing live.
