51 year old man based near Solihull. I have own car, mic and guitars ( acoustic and electric ) I am not brilliant but can play along to most songs that people cover and have a good ear for music. I have an average strong singing voice and can harmonise. I was in a band but my mate became ill and isn't able to perform. We had got to the stage where we could have played live so need to put another band together. Not interested in being the head honcho of the band. Just looking for like minded people, men or women who know what a good song is. Ultimately would love to play small gigs and make a bit of pocket money.

Influences
Most guitar based bands from 70's and 80's though will play 60's stuff if it still sounds relevant. Not a music snob but I know what I like. Also like the idea of putting a new twist on some older songs.
