Hello, we are a band called Doyle & The Fourfathers.
We are in need of a new keyboard player at the moment, we have been gigging locally with plenty of success so far. We're currently recording some singles and we are ready to take the band to the next level. We are all on gap years between College and Uni but intend to take our band to the next step in the industry. Our influences vary from 60s pop to 80s post punk, from classical to electronic. Specifically though our sound has been likened to the likes of The Divine Comedy, Pulp, Scott Walker, The Beatles, The Smiths, Echo & The Bunnymen, Radiohead and many many more. Please consult our myspace list for a further list of influences. We have quite a set way of how the keyboard functions in our band currently but are looking to expand. Our current setup has consisted of a midi keyboard into my laptop where I have assigned sounds specifically. Your own input is welcomed although we have certain requirements that need to be fulfilled for us to work properly as a band. This can be discussed further. If you are between 17 and 21, then we are looking for you! No grade necessarily required but at least at a grade 6 or 7 standard to cope with the parts.
