Influences

I lean towards players that create layers and atmospheres rather than hammer out the notes. That would include Johnny Marr, David Gilmour, Graham Coxon, The Edge, Andy Summers, Jonny Greenwood, Brian May. Lindsay Buckingham and Mick Ronson too just for being so tasty.

Not a fan of shredders or plodding pentatonic warriors.

EQUIPMENT

I'm no cork sniffer - guitars are tools that come and go from my life with alarming frequency. That said I do still have (and play daily) my first ever decent electric, a 1995 Gibson Les Paul Standard that I will never sell.

Amps/effects-wise I turned to the dark side of digital modelling years ago. Expert Fractal user - can program Axe FXIII/FM9/FM3/AM4/VP4 for others.
