ABOUT

I am predominantly a rhythm guitarist, but can also do vocals. The music you see is the music I can play. I am not a graded guitarist, as I am entirely self taught. As my profile states, I have been playing for two years, and in that time I have played in a few bands. My most recent band split up after other commitments and tension overcame the band.

Influences

I am influenced mainly by classic rock. Rhythmically I am more punk influenced, although I can play almost any rhythm you give me. In terms of lead I am heavily influenced by Slash, although I can not play with his speed. Riffs I write are usually in the Blues scale. I know it says I aren't a lead guitarist, but I do not feel confident enough to be the only lead guitarist.

EQUIPMENT

I currently own a Westfield SG and a Kustom Double Barrel 30W amp. I have my eye on a Marshall MG102FX, which is 100W, which I may purchase under the right conditions. Similarly, I would like to buy a Gibson Les Paul, but that would take 2-3 months. I have a full time job so upgrading/adding equipment should be viable.
