I took up drumming 4 years ago to support my daughter who was learning, and was amazed to find it is the instrument for me, after spending my life thinking I was just a mediocre pianist.
Have relished learning and finally feel good enough to reach out and enjoy with other musicians.
Family man looking to expand and deepen my favourite hobby, but I have a lot of free time, and kids soon at an age where they can be left alone, and a flexible work schedule so able to practice/gig as needed.
I have a biggish room in my house where a band could jam.
