DC Blues are based in York, England and have been playing their own take on “the blues” with original material and selected covers since 2012.
Since the band started they have opened for many well known artists such as Dr Feelgood, King King, Sari Schorr & Marcus Bonfanti. They have played at The Great British Rhythm & Blues Festival, York, Darlington and Ilkley Blues Festivals and continue to play blues clubs, venues and festivals.
Their debut album with 11 original tracks entitled "Minding Our Business" reached No 2 in the IBBA Blues Charts in Oct 2018 and No 5 overall for radio airplay.
