I am a Drummer who moved to Derbyshire last year. I kept my job with my current bands on the Isle of Wight. I currently play in a Madonnas Tribute, Abba Tribute, Beach Buoys Tribute and The Mix, a function band. I have played, toured all over including abroad, am endorsed by Silverfox Drumsticks and have played professionally since 18. My other experience includes Cruise ship companies Fred Olsen and P&O. This summer will be my last with the bands I am in now as I want to start something new. All has been left on good terms and have made some great contacts along the way which I will be able to use!! These include Cowes Week Festival, IOW Festival Life's a Beach Stage, Scott Jordan Agency, CBS, Gary Parkes and a few more. My aim is to set up a band and approach contacts I know, whilst also looking for our own work through Usual routes, maybe a pub or two thrown in but the aim is to keep working. Weddings and corporate events is where I aim to be with this band. The band can also go from a duo to a 7/8 piece if required to suit any event. I am starting to look for work now but I aim to be playing by September with this band due to me actively looking for work and seeing out my notice with the bands I am in now.
