Calling all bands, singers and musicians!!

If you have not already noticed the increased no. of adverts for cruise ships on tv, I am here to inform you that the cruise ship industry during this recession is exploding. Within the next 2-3 years it estimated the amount of cruise liners on sea will triple. For cruise line entertainment this will obviously create even more jobs. Cruise ship agents are currently looking for:

Easy listening/pop/jazz/r&b bands Bands are generally 4/5 piece.. pay range for vocalists & musicians between $2000 -$3,500 per month TAX free, contracts can vary and are negotiable.. min contracts 4 months--- 6 mths. It is also common to see bands do 9 month contracts. To secure this contract, a video of your band performing a 45min set of songs is required, demonstrating versatility and range of musical styles from 50's to present to suit a typical cruise liner demographic. Remember: audiences like to be entertained but also like interaction so make your set audience friendly and personable. This is definitely a no-nonsense call for dedicated, committed and reliable singers/musicians and comes directly from a MD currently touring on a cruise ship, so please no offence, but no time-wasters needed.
