Hi, I'm a guitar player based in durham. I'm looking for musicians for song writing collaborations, I don't want to chase fame or ego but really want to create something interesting. I play a bit of everything and don't want to limit any writing partnership to a style or set of expectations(other than it should be good) but I am interested in writing with who ever has something to bring to the table but please don't take it personally if I don't see us working together as being productive. I have no master plan or burning need to perform any time soon. I was a professional player and teacher and have taken a few years off after covid.
I've played in lots of bands and gigged for over 20 years(I'm 43)
My last band was the Reet Hot Chili Peppers. I've played in Queen and Pink tributes as well as pub and club bands. I ran a high level function band and taught Rockschool to Grade 8. I play electric and acoustic guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin, Bass and Sing questionably.
