Creak are a high energy covers band that have been together for over 20 years. The present line up have been working together for almost ten years. With our last singer moving on to pastures new, we are looking for a new member of the band who can be our lead singer and front person.

Influences
We are a covers band playing everything from the 60s to the present day - all with a rock influence and intended to allow our audience to dance and sing along.
Members Of Band
Vladi – guitars
o Vladi has been in Creak for more than 16 years and is an accomplished and energetic guitarist, able to inject some energy into any song. He’s recently moved from carting around a couple of valve amps to a full modelling system;
o Vladi is the Chief Commercial Officer of a software company
Jon – drums
o Jon joined Creak to play a gig in Ukraine in 2011 and has stayed ever since. Jon is the heart of the band, providing a clear and consistent beat for the rest of the band to work from;
o Jon is the VP of Sales for a software company;
Chris – keyboards, guitar and backing vocals
o Chris provides the main harmonic backing for the band and is very proactive in finding and rehearsing new songs. He uses a Roland RD2000 and a Gibson SH200;
o Chris is Consultant and Clinical Director in the NHS;
Pete – bass and backing vocals
o Pete is a very experienced bass player who joined Creak just after Vladi, He likes to quietly provide a rhythmic and harmonic bass for the band and uses a vocal harmoniser to add addition backing vocals as needed;
o Peter recently stepped down as Chief Operating Officer for a barristers’ chambers.
EQUIPMENT
Vladi plays Gibson, Fender and other guitars all now through a modelling processor. Chris plays a Roland RD2000 and a Gibson SJ200. Jon plays a Pearl kit. Peter mainly plays an Overwater Progress or a Stingray 5-string and can DI from his board. He also uses a Boss vocal harmony pedal to help out the backing vocals.
