Started in 2008 by bassist Ricky, after the demise of his previous band he had an image for a new project and found Luko in the October of the same year and formed under the name Art of Villainy. They went through several guitarists throughout most of 2009 as well as a few vocalists. In 2010, Benji joined the band as the new vocalist with 2 guitarists and they played a few gigs under the original name.
Due to personal differences, the two guitarists left leaving Benji to take the reins of guitar and vocals for 2011. With a new found passion for music, the 3 of them have re-branded themselves Copper Garden and are now seeking a lead guitarist to complete the line-up.
