I have been self teaching myself to play acoustic guitar for around 3 years now. Im at the point where i need professional tuition to increase my skill level at playing. I have been singing karaoke for years now and really enjoy singing at any opportunity. I have an interest in a huge variety of artists. Some examples of bands i love singing to are : Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Script, Nickelback, Take That, Country Music, Robbie Williams, Newton Faulkner, James Blunt, Mumford And Sons, Paolo Nutini, The Calling, David Gray, Light House Family and more. I play guitar at an average level, my singing is at a better level than my guitar playing. I have several songs uploaded on Youtube. Some are over 3 years old so please excuse the attempts. Influences
Biggest influence and main artisit who got me into music was David Gray. Have seen him live in concert twice and he is just a unique singer and such a shame that he is not around much anymore. Anyway this led onto lots of other artists which have influenced my music preferences, and i have a wide range of songs i enjoy.
