Hi! So I have recently moved back to York and am looking for regular gigs in the Leeds/ York area. I'm a piano vocalist myself, and am looking for someone (preferably a Guitarist/Saxophonist) who has similar taste in music and is looking to build up a repertoire for potential work such as Corporate events/Weddings/Regular gigs. I know a lot of places (such as the living room) are looking for duos who can do a a range of upbeat covers and am looking to develop my own setlist in this genre, adding a bit of an edge with an extra instrument. I previously performed in bar for years as a piano vocalist, whose agent was the same as The Living Room, so I have an idea of what places are looking for...Looking for someone who takes music seriously enough to commit to regular gigs and is dedicated to finding work, but also wants to have a laugh with it! Also must not be afraid to turn a song upside down and re-do it - think Radio One Live Lounge esque! I prefer to put an individual stamp on a song as opposed to doing a karaoke version...
