Calvaria are a UK based melodic metal band. Delivering a fresh take on the nostalgic sounds of early 2000s metalcore with a modern edge, the band fuses soaring vocal hooks, driving riffs, and crushing breakdowns creating a sound that feels both familiar and fresh.
Since forming in 2022, Calvaria have performed across the UK and supported major touring acts, earning a growing reputation within the underground scene. Their debut EP ‘Prophecy’ earned acclaim from Planet Rock Radio and a spot on ERB Radio’s Top 10 Emerging Metal Bands of 2025. They most recently reached the finals of Metal 2 The Masses Bristol 2025, earning praise for their explosive energy, tight execution, and crowd interaction. This was followed by a seven-date headline tour around the UK and a recent support slot for The Raven Age in Cardiff.
