Played bass on and off for years. Since the start of locked down I've got serious with practice and learning theory mostly play hard Rock blues but have recently been learning slapping and funk. Still got to really hone the slap technique. I'm most competent at plucking with fingers. Picks are my least competent. Normally play to backing tracks and Jam, and work through riffs in learning materials, Looking to take my playing to the next level. Work 9-5 at the moment. I'll put in the time and learn either cover tracks or originals. This would be my first proper band. Work shifts but on a rolling rota so now all my days off in advance.
