Established Sudbury-based covers band are on the lookout for a replacement lead guitarist.
We mainly gig around the south-Suffolk/North-Essex area and do 1-2 gigs a month on average. We rehearse once or twice a month in Pentlow on a Thursday night.
We all do this purely for fun, so we like to have a laugh but we are also serious about making the music as good as we possibly can; if it’s not right it doesn’t get played.
We play mainly rock/pop music from the 90’s and 00’s, but also do a few classics and some of our own arrangements. We tend to keep away from the standard pub-fare so if you’re into classic rock and/or long guitar solos we won’t be for you!
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A solid rhythm player who can bust out some lead playing
- Into the same sort of music we are
- Able to sing (would be a major bonus)
- Ideally in or around their 30’s, although not overly important
- Able to drive and have their own transport
