Been singing seriously for a year still have abit to learn and still have a lot of vocal and throat muscle development to be done but I actively train my voice every day and do a band practice every week
I dunno what vocal type I have or the octave malarkey all I know is when I do karaoke I get praise for my voice. I try to sound like singers like Vince Neil from motley crue Joe Elliot from def leppard Michael Starr from steel panther David Lee Roth can do abit of high pitched vocal fry like Kevin dubrow but god I don’t sound like that man at all his vocals were one of a kind. But all the singers I mentioned Inspire me to do what I do.
I’m more suited to Glam Hair Metal or just Glam motley def leppard Ozzy sabbath Bon Jovi stuff like that is where my vocal range lies that’s what I have the voice for indie metal and rock(acdc) ect just don’t have the vocals for it. So Glam Hair Metal is my vibe
