Played in 3, 4 and 6-piece bands but haven't done so for about 4 years now and would like to get back to public performance. I'm a lead guitarist and can play along with almost anything within a few seconds. My style is Dave Gilmour rather than Steve Vai and I can also manage some basic rhythm work - although that's not my strong point- I can also contribute lead and backing vocals

Influences
Grew up with the Beatles and Stones and progressed to the likes of Tome Petty, Pink Floyd, Neil Young and Crowded House. More recently I've played songs by Ocean Colour Scene, Travis, Coldplay etc. But I like most current good guitar bands.
EQUIPMENT
Various electric and semi-acoustic guitars with a selection of tube and digital amps. Also have an 8-channel pa system with speakers, monitors, mics and stands.
