SEEKINGBand to Join, Vocalist, Rhythm Guitar, Lead Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums.
I've been playing guitar on and off for about 20 years. Been playing more seriously over the past 6 years though since living in Bristol.
Have played about 70 gigs over the past 5 years and absolutely love it. Have been trying to develop my style and have also learned a bit about singing live (mainly backing vocals but more than happy to do lead vocals from time-to-time..!)
Happy playing covers and also interested in writing originals, but whatever I just want to have some good quality rockin times with like-minded others. I'm told that I'm easy-going and I'd be happy to try stuff outside of my comfort zone, but at heart I am a blues/rock/metal player. I am not a shredder, but when it feels right then I enjoy opening the taps..!
I do also like taking pop classics e.g. Gaga, Rhianna and also 80s pop etc..and completely bending them out of shape through the power of rock...!
More than happy to share lead duties with a 2nd guitarist.
Can commit to weekly practice and 2-3 gigs per month. Have own transport etc..
