ABOUT

Hi, i'm primarily a guitarist. I have been play both acoustic and electric guitar (Lead or rhythm) since the age of 13. I live near the city center of Birmingham and am looking to join a band or just meet like minded musicians collaborate with.I also play piano although don't have as much experience on piano. I also do sing but i am not primarily a singer. I have a strong interest in Philosophy this has greatly influenced the type of music i enjoy.

Influences

Some of biggest influences range across a few genres and are the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Stevie ray Vaughan, Pink Floyd, the Beatles, Bob Marley, peter tosh, green day and nirvana. Although i have a strong interest in psychedelic rock i also greatly enjoy blues and reggae. As well modern forms of rock like punk and grunge. The genre is not so important to me. what means more to me, is the message of the music and the feel that projects to people.

EQUIPMENT

I have several electric guitars. Fender strat, Squier strat as well as a epiphone casino. I have an acoustic guitar and a blues junior IV amplifier with several pedals i use depending on the song: Vox wah, Band of gypsies fuzz face, tube screamer overdrive, MXR EQ , Univibe , beltway looper. I also have a couple decent mics one for vocals and one to record the amplifier.
