I'm looking to see if there's any interest in forming a band doing songs from the Beatles solo catalogue. Covering as much as possible, including the three "Beatles" songs that were Lennon demos, there's lots of tribute acts that cover the group but not so many doing the solo stuff.
If you can play like George, drum like Ringo or are a bassist that maybe plays a bit of piano, I'd like to hear from you. Whilst you don't have to look or sound like them (though if you did, that's great) you'd be a big fan and up for recreating the sound as best as possible. Maybe you look a bit like one but play a different instrument, that's all good.
- Not looking for a strictly rhythm player, you'd have to be capable of playing Harrison style leads as well as other solos. Bass preferred over piano. Also you have to be below 50, preferably able to pass for 30-40.
