Recruiting Unique Furniture Percussion Band Members

Hello,

I am planning and forming a one-of-a-kind furniture percussion band here in London. We create rhythmic, wonderful percussion music using dozens of everyday household items such as pots, bowls, water buckets, glass cups and drink bottles. We will also incorporate simple dance moves and rap performances. Our shared dream is to build a well-known, distinctive percussion band.

I understand that individual capacity is limited, while teamwork greatly boosts the chances of success. For this reason, I am now seeking like-minded partners to start this creative venture together.

Partner Requirements:

- A passion for music and dancing, with a willingness to perform on stage. No professional music or dance skills are required.
- Sincere, kind, morally sound, physically and mentally healthy, with no bad habits such as smoking or excessive drinking.
- Ready to devote plenty of spare time, energy and partial financial support to the project.
- Possess above-average critical thinking and common sense.

You do not need to read music scores, nor have professional dance or rap techniques. We will create brand-new, crowd-pleasing original percussion music from scratch. Great performances need more than just music — we will design easy, coordinated choreography and simple rap lines to complement our percussion shows.

To be honest, I have no professional training or skills in music, rap or dancing. However, I have a deep love for performing arts, and I firmly believe we have the creativity and wisdom to build this project together.

I strongly believe creativity and uniqueness are the true keys to success. It is extremely difficult to stand out with ordinary, conventional artistic works. But original, surprising and unconventional furniture percussion performances will easily capture people’s attention and help us achieve outstanding results.
Our core goal is to create entertaining, audience-loved live performances.

I am looking for a small team of around 5 members. Everyone will contribute ideas and efforts to develop, create and stage our shows. We will share costs for studio rental, performance props and creative supplies, and collaborate on all creative work.

In over a year’s time, we will release our original works on major social media platforms and stage live shows at music venues, theatres and event spaces across the city.

As your core partner, my key strengths are as follows:
I have strong comprehensive thinking skills, rich life and work experience, and a habit of in-depth thinking. I am capable of overall planning, creative design, hands-on production and on-site execution. I can take charge of selecting percussion props, testing sound effects, composing rhythms, designing choreography, writing rap lyrics, as well as performing percussion, rap and dance.
I am smart, friendly and hardworking, easy to cooperate with. I am highly determined to build this unique brand and will stay fully committed to our team.

I have been researching and refining this band project thoroughly recently.
I am an ordinary person with a regular day job and I am not wealthy.
My plan is to develop the band and create original works in our spare time over the next year. Once the project is fully established, we can transition into full-time performance work.
