Primarily a recording outfit, Archshark King is a name for those recording music written by Simon Godfrey. Looking for one or more vocalists who can provide backing and/or lead vocals.
It’s not a very time-hungry thing, but it does ask for good recording quality and commitment to turn up when you agree you will. Experience is helpful, but importantly good, recording-quality pitch and versatility. If you can offer lead vocals, a willingness to step into a role and bring life to tell a story as a character.

Influences
Never got to the bottom of this. No set genre. I can list artists I like (Bowie, Radiohead, John Martyn, Massive Attack, Lou Reed, Bonobo, Cinematic Orchestra, PJ Harvey for starters) but wouldn’t say the music sounds like any of those overmuch.
Members Of Band
Regular contributors include Sarah Godfrey (vox), Keeling Lee (guitars), Steve Elliott (sax), Ray Burmiston (vox), Hamish Jekyll (piano), Aura Fazio (violin) and Kenny Rumbles (drums), with others as needed and use of computer stuff. We have done three gigs, but with up to 13 musician required this can only be done once in a while. Some are pro musicians, others have other jobs and do this as a side project.
