I'm keen to set up a band playing original music - generally covers have never really done it for me and I have loads of songs which I have written over the years. I'm happy to explore playing those songs and also if musician/writers themselves get involved, to look to collaborate on new stuff. I ticked the pop, rock and funk boxes but my stuff can equally be on the soulful, reflective side. It's certainly not jazz but would be great to have a keyboard player with jazz knowledge/feel involved.
