Slowly Sinking Ships are a female fronted, 5 piece Alternative Rock band based in Devon/Somerset.

After the release of our debut single Insane, we went on to play small live shows leading up to our sub headlining show in support of Halflives from Italy on their UK tour. After that we went on to headline our own show for the release of our debut EP Safe, with support from White Noise Radio from Bristol and The Kaizens from Torquey. After that we went on to play some more small shows and also supported TWIN RED from Germany and Brutus from Belgium.

We have had some of our songs from the EP on British radio channels such as, BBC Introducing, Radio Exe, Best Of British Unsigned, and more as well as radio play in Australia, Spain and USA.

After Insane was played on Best Of British Unsigned we were then contacted by a London based management and label company leading to the departure of our drummer leaving the position open to you.

We are seeking somebody between the ages of 18-30 with your own high standard equipment, own transport for rehearsals and local gigs and a good level of experience in bands. Able to work well in a team and commit to the level needed to make it in the industry.

We rehearse in Bridgewater on Saturdays, meeting up for set rehearsals, writing and just having a good time together not just as band mates but friends also.
