Hi there!
--------
Seeking:
I'm an indie artist based near Poplar in East London. Over the last year, I have been focusing on my original music and social media following online. I have an engaged online fanbase, and my music has been featured on various radio stations and podcasts including BBC Music Introducing.
I'd love to start doing some shows primarily as a singer (and pianist if I need to), but to focus on my singing, it would be ideal to have an acoustic guitarist to support me! We could even look
Check out my music / socials at @altokeymusic or altokey . com
I'd be of course willing to split the money for any live performances but, primarily, I'd be looking for someone reliable and available on a weekly basis.
Get in touch with me on here or sending me a message / email on social media platforms.
Thanks!
Keian (Alto Key)

Since starting in 2018, he has released a number of EPs (Animals, Seas Unknown) and singles (Colourless, Distant Love, Dopamine, Burning Up). People kinda liked them so they have been played on various radio stations and podcasts including BBC Music Introducing, idobi Radio and Soho Radio. He was awarded Song of the Year and Best Folk Arrangement at the Indie Originals 2020 Music Competition.
Alongside his original music, he makes silly music jingles over on TikTok where he has amassed 250K fans and 4M likes using his quirky sense of humour and phone thing. He is currently independent but could always use a helpful hand if any are going spare on the black market. Anyone?

Burning Up
Burning UpHey! 'Burning Up' is out now across all streaming platforms. It's an explosive, feel-good song about following your dreams, despite external pressure and societal expectations. Let me know your thoughts 😊👇 Song produced at Keian Barton/Joseph Wander's respective home studios in London, United Kingdom Session musicians recorded remotely Credits Keian Barton - Vocals, songwriter, video concept & direction Joseph Wander - Producer, mixing engineer, electric guitar Thomas Waterman - Mastering engineer Andrew Joslyn - Strings, string arrangement David G Burns - Video production & animation Dan Hawkins - Bass guitar Georgiana Hunter-Cozens - Photography, video direction, support Max Saidi - Drums, drums arrangement Lyrics [Verse] Who is the stranger in my reflection? I always thought we'd be the same What were you waiting for; an intervention? Or were you waiting for a break that never came? Now I'm fogging up my mirror and I'm losing focus I try to clear it but I can't see how 'Cause every time I try to fix it I just seem to break it And everything is pulling me right now [Pre-Chorus] Oh we glow red in silence As our hearts keep rising up [Chorus] 'Till we explode We are burning like the stars 'till we go cold So don't let go Hopes and dreams will always be worth more than gold We're burning up, burning up, burning up Burning up, burning up 'Till we explode [Verse] What is the matter with your reflection? Why did you choose to turn away? What were you waiting for; a revelation? Or were you waiting for a life that never came? Now I'm running from my prison and I'm starting over I'm feeling freer than I've ever been 'Cause every time I tried to fix it they just seemed to judge me And now I'm brighter than they've ever seen [Pre-Chorus] Oh they turn green in envy As our hearts keep rising up [Chorus] 'Till we explode We are burning like the stars 'till we go cold So don't let go Hopes and dreams will always be worth more than gold We're burning up, burning up, burning up Burning up, burning up 'Till we explode [Bridge] Ooh Ooh [Chorus] 'Till we explode We are burning like the stars 'till we go cold So don't let go Hopes and dreams will always be worth more than gold We're burning up, burning up, burning up Burning up, burning up, burning up Burning up, burning up 'Till we explode © ℗ 2020 Alto Key

Dopamine
DopamineHey! 'Dopamine' is out now across all streaming platforms. This one talks about the downsides of social media and its effects on us. I wanted to capture in my lyrics the addictive nature of social media, my fears of wasting time on it and being replaced by the next up-and-coming artist. The song is epic and experimental in its nature, with intense solos and "wall of sound" moments. Check it out! Credits Song produced at Keian Barton/Charlie Westropp's respective home studios in London, United Kingdom Session musicians recorded remotely Keian Barton - Vocals, songwriter Charlie Westropp - Producer, mixing engineer Thomas Waterman - Mastering engineer Andrew Joslyn - Strings, string arrangement Georgiana Hunter-Cozens - Photography, support Guy Page - Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass Max Saidi - Drums, drums arrangement Thomas Barker - Piano Lyrics [Verse 1] Curtains open I'm on view A social robot Built by you [Pre-Chorus] But I'm not a machine I'm high on Dopamine [Interlude] [Verse 2] I'm too broken Off the stage Brand new models Fill the page [Pre-Chorus] But I'm not a machine I'm high on Dopamine [Chorus] My life My life I'm burning through my years Ooh [Verse 3] I'm not certain Who you see Curtains closing Swallow me [Pre-Chorus] But I'm not a machine I'm high on Dopamine [Chorus] My life My life I'm burning through my years My life My life I'm burning through my years Ooh © ℗ 2020 Alto Key

Distant Love
Distant LoveHi there! Yay - my brand new single 'Distant Love' is out now across all streaming platforms. This one explores themes of being away from the people we love and internal conflict. It's got beautiful strings, lots of small and epic moments and it was a pleasure to work with producer Charlie Westropp (Orla Gartland and Gabrielle Aplin) on this one. Check it out! Credits Song produced at Keian Barton/Charlie Westropp's respective home studios in London, United Kingdom Session musicians recorded remotely Keian Barton - Vocals, songwriter, video concept & direction Charlie Westropp - Producer, mixing engineer Thomas Waterman - Mastering engineer Andrew Joslyn - Strings, string arrangement Eli Weinberger - Cello Georgiana Hunter-Cozens - Photography, video direction, support Guy Page - Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Bass, Drums Gyges Studio - Video production & animation Thomas Barker - Piano Lyrics [Verse 1] I'm losing touch I'm losing you To foreign beds And in-flight views I'm getting used To waking up alone I'm losing sleep I wander blind I gravitate To strangers kind But they're not you And this is not my home [Pre-Chorus] What you want has grown too much When all I need's your guiltless touch And you [Chorus] I can't leave you But I can't take this I believe you But I can't fake this Distant love is breaking me This distant love is breaking me [Verse 2] When you come back The shadows sway Your body's close But turned away Now I'm confused If you were here at all And just like that You're up and gone I've got no say Of course I'm wrong Do you not think that I deserve to be loved? [Pre-Chorus] What you want has grown too much When all I need's your guiltless touch And you [Chorus] I can't leave you But I can't take this I believe you But I can't fake this Distant love is breaking me This distant love please set me free I can't leave you But I can't take this I believe you But I can't fake this Distant love is breaking me This distant love please set me free [Outro] Ooh Ooh © ℗ 2020 Alto Key

ColourlessHey folks! I'm really excited to share my single 'Colourless' with you.
