Band to Join, Vocalist, Bass Guitar, Drums.ABOUT
As my last band has recently split up I'm eager to start or join a band as soon as possible.
I'm 25, have been playing guitar for ages but would describe myself as intermediate standard.
I'd like to make upbeat, fairly dancy, melodic rock if that makes sense, but I'm open to any styles really and just want to start something and start gigging in a few of months or so. It would be great to hear from a singer in particular, but bass, drums, triangle etc would be good too.

Influences
As influences go, I listen to a lot of 60's/70's rock, like: the Kinks, Beatles, Beach Boys, Rolling Stones, Zombies, Bowie, Velvet Underground, Jefferson Airplane, Syd Barrett...etc and also more recent bands such as: Temples, Radiohead, Strokes, Grizzly Bear, White Stripes, Jonathan Richman, Jesca Hoop...so that might give a better idea of the kind of music I'm into.
