I'm looking to start a covers/originals punk indie band. I play guitar and want to do vocals (I'm alright but I'm a good songwriter and frontman). I'm looking for a guitar player to split the lead, a drummer, bass player and keyboard/synth player.
I want the energy of classic punk bands (e.g. the Damned, Sex Pistols, Dead Boys), the melodies of Punk Rock (e.g. Green Day, Blink 182, Fat Wreck Chords Bands), the lyrics/vibe of 2000s Indie/Britpop Bands (e.g. Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, Oasis, Pulp). I want to combine all these elements but still have a new and original kind of vibe
I'm 18 and I've been playing in successful bands around Worcestershire for the last 5 years and want to expand into doing new things.
