Looking to start a new band in the Manchester\ South Manchester area, think The Clash, Talking Heads, Stranglers, punky elements, upbeat but melodic and with harmonies. I write/produce and have lots of songs with all parts written and also have contacts so once I have the band together and we’re gig ready, there is a great opportunity to get on some big shows.
I’m looking for the full band, lead singer, 2 guitarist and a bass player who can all do backing vocals, keyboard player and a drummer. I won’t be in the band, I’m just gonna write the songs and the parts, I appreciate people like to have there own input but all I can ask if you are Interested is that I’ll send some demos and you can make your own mind up if you any faith in it..and once the parts are learnt then I’m happy for variations here and there. I’ll pay for all the practice rooms and sort a van for any gigs.
I’m looking for anyone aged between 18-30, give or take who can play to a decent level.
