Hi, I am 25 and have been a guitar teacher for 7 years. Been playing a lot longer.
I would love to start a fresh band with a little difference.
I can play quite a few styles from rock, to jazzy larry carlton/santata, through to satriani instrumentals, and a few more. I am very creative on the instrument and particularly strong in composition (for the whole band) and lead guitar. I also play good rhythm, but I want to compose arrangements and play melodic lead.
I really need a drummer, nothing insane, a good bassist (i.e. Not 1 note wonders), a good rhythm guitarist (versatile in strmming, picking and rock styles if neccessary - being creative is a bonus)
A singer (female or male) is also welcomed with open arms, but I also ejoy instrumentals very much.
I't would be extra nice if somone who played keyboard, sax or harmonica fancied a jam, to add a little edge.
Due to work, this would only be for fun initially, but I assure you, if the band was good enough, i'd love to gig and record etc.
I have free gigging premesis indoors, in Bridgend. I am free most week nights.
