I'm 16, I play bass, and I'm looking to join or start a band of people around my age in West Sussex, preferably the Chichester area.
I've been a bassist for over a year now, and have played for a few months in a punk covers band with my dad and some older blokes around 50 years old, so I've been taught a fair amount in my time of playing.
However, this band isn't much of a commitment. I'm looking for people my age to play in a band that revolves around grunge, garage rock, punk, psych, stoner, indie, maybe a bit of doom, sludge, and metal. I also love a bit of folk of any kind.
I like to have a laugh and bond with people I play with, but I'm up for commitment too. I learn songs to cover fairly quickly, and have several of my own riffs and bass lines I can apply and/or use in original songs.
