Over a 25 year career in the music industry Rebecca has worked in both music publishing and with record labels in A&R, in Management and as a Consultant with BBC Radio 2, EMAP, Warner/Chappell Music Publishing UK, Music2deal, IMN, Ncompass Records, Transistor Records (Italy), IMP (Sweden), Silverscope Music Group, Southside Records, Creativity Music (Russia), Sound Central Studios, Broken Biskit Records and All Guns Blazing Productions.
she has also lectured at Thames Valley University for the London College of Music & Media. In 2000 Rebecca also went more into the creative side producing and co-writing with various acts and labels on diverse material and amongst others has co-written with Phil Harding (SAW/PWL Boyzone), Denis Conoley (Billy Ray Martin), Gilbert Gabriel (Dario G, Dream Academy), Kingsley Sage (Anemo, Bellatrix), Ian Bowman (Ant & Dec, Sticky), Amy Studt, Reece Gilmore (Blue, Stevie Wonder), Eden James (Collision Records), Darshan and Lyndsay Emery.
