Whilst busy with my rock bands I've a desire to start a female fronted, trumpet augmented rock'n'roll/rockabilly outfit - thinking along the lines of Imelda May, Stray Cats, Mavericks, Los Lobos sort of thing.

Competent drummer who's spent many a year playing hard and classic rock as well as blues. Currently 50% of the best rockin' rhythm section in Mid Beds with Piston Groovy (www.pistongroovy.co.uk) and tub thumping with Kerosene

Phil Rudd - what I learnt to drum to and also to setup my first ever kit up (followed the pictures I found of Phil Rudd gigging)
Tommy Lee - for power, fun and flashiness

Main tastes are hard, classic rockers like those below (see below) but I also have a liking for the country/rock cross-overs (Steve Earle, Sheryl Crow, etc) and also the rock n rollers (Stray Cats, Imelda May, Daisy, Kitty & Lewis)
