Hello,
Our unnamed 3 person (1 female and 2 male) indie/alt project is ready to expand.
We have been writing together for the last few months and have 4/5 songs nearing completion and a couple of new ideas we’re working on too. We currently have 2 guitarists/vocalists and a drummer. We’d love to bring in a bass player to add to our sound and contribute to songwriting.
Musically, we have a fairly jagged and discordant guitar sound with dual female/male vocals. Some influences include Breeders, Mitski, Hop Along, Ian Sweet, Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic Youth etc. We like taking unexpected turns and the music has some dynamic changes which we would like to add to with some delicious keys, bass and drums and hey, maybe some more vocals if you fancy it.
Long-term, we are looking to continue writing with a full band, honing a strong set before looking to gig.
Age not too important, we are in our early 30’s.
