ABOUT

bornt a blues soul singer, then I discovered desert rock and punk.
I've been expanding on my vocal technique over the years and I'm not your typical 'sweet and no guts' fem vocalist. It's bluesy with some rattle, and love to belt. I can do gentle and soft, but it's by no means the only thing I do.
I love the rasp of Mark Lanegan and Tom Waits...and I can belt it like Aretha...a soulful fem J. Homme? Honestly, to me, singing is all about that part of your heart that you bring with you.

I write, lyrics and song concepts and have plenty to bring to writing sessions.

I want to meet (more) experienced like-minded musicians to create a sweet-ass musical collective/project.....see influences.

This could be an interesting side project for you if you are already in a band. The aim is to write (I love working with others to form them.) Then record a couple tracks with a view to playing live and getting around the uk.
If you know Jason of Grandbaby and The Crunch recording fame...thats where i'm planning to record a couple tracks to get the ball rolling.
