I’m a versatile vocalist/songwriter from Kidderminster, Worcestershire. Covering everything from Swing, Jazz, Blues, Soul, Folk, Alternative Rock & Indie. I cover anything from Robert Johnson, Frank Sinatra, David Bowie, The Doors, Bob Dylan, Sam Cooke, Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Pokey Lafarge & many many more..

Solo
I perform as part of a piano/vocal duo covering Swing Jazz material & am just in the process of recording a debut solo EP of original material. During the course of recording this EP I have managed to get some great local musicians involved and I’m extremely excited about releasing this original music.

Band
I’m also the lead singer in an originals/covers band called Dharma Bums. We perform a wide variety of music from over 100 years worth of material. We are currently a four piece consisting of myself on Lead Vocals, Rhythm Guitar, Melodica & Harmonica & on Lead guitar, Harmionca & Resonator Guitar we have Dave Shutter, on Bass Guitar & Bohdran we have Jon Green & then on percussion & whatever else we can get him to play we have Thomas Paine.

We try & play as wide a variety of music as we possibly can, right from Delta Blues, Folk, Rock n Roll right up to more recent artists like Pokey Lafarge & even Aloe Blaac (Avicii). We perform all in our own style mainly acoustically.

We are also building up a nice selection of original songs all influenced & coloured by all of the above.

We’d really like to add another dimension to our band and to this end we are currently seeking a female trumpet player who would also be willing to add some backing vocals & or lead vocals. We are four very easy going but committed guys who love what we do & would love to welcome someone who is positive & has a similar approach to making music to us. ([email protected])

I love everything from the great American songbook to Northern Soul, Psychedelic 60’s Rock, Blues, Folk, Indie, Jazz, Rock & Roll & Rap..
