Background

I am Harry Bone, a Professional Drum Teacher originally from Bath and currently based in Bristol. At the age of 17 in 2013, I made the decisive choice to pursue a career in drumming and percussion, ultimately earning a scholarship to the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. My time there exposed me to a diverse array of musical styles, compelling me to cultivate and refine a comprehensive set of skills through consistent practice to meet the demands of various genres.

Additionally, a chance encounter sparked a deep interest in Latin percussion, prompting me to embark on a journey to Cuba for percussion studies and, at a later date, take a Samba course in Rio de Janeiro.

Fast forward to 2022, alongside my dedication to teaching, I manage a YouTube Channel known as "The Fundamentals of Drumming," which commenced on January 21, 2023, serving as a platform to connect with a broader audience.
