Relatively new to drumming. Looking for a band to practice with with a view to gigging in pubs etc.
I am an avid Nirvana fan, though I love grunge as a whole. I am hugely inspired by Dave Grohl’s drumming, and try to emulate his style as much as I can.
However I have recently gotten into Silverchair and find Ben Gillies’ ‘simple but effective’ approach very alluring.
I practice everyday and have made huge progress in doing so.
