Band to Join, Rhythm Guitar, Bass Guitar, Drums.ABOUT
65 year old, self taught guitarist (since age 11) and vocalist seeking either an existing band to join or alternatively some
other like minded musicians for regular jamming or just playing music ! Preferably within East Lothian area or Edinburgh, at a push!
I like most genres but preference is for blues and rock, funk/ jazz (ish)
Played in local covers bands throughout 70's. 80's and 90's
Gigged a lot in late 80's early 90's with a 9 piece jump jive band.
From 2005 until Covid, was guitarist and lead vocalist in "Pygmies" a 6 piece jazz/funk band playing and eclectic mix of original music. Also wrote several of the songs. Released 2 albums with this band.
Played too many gigs to remember !
Since 2016 I have also written, sang, played on, home recorded, produced and released 3 of my own albums commercially.
