I lead a cover band and we need to find a new front person to sing lead locals due to our current singer moving on.
We play covers, heavily influenced by 80s and up to present time, trying hard to avoid the songs that are done to death. We do a few older numbers but that's not where we are focused.
Most of our repertoire is dance-able as that's what the punters want, typically Pop and rock chart stuff and big on vocal backing and harmonies. We are not afraid of cheese.
The band is me - acoustic and electric guitar plus vocals.
1x Keys, 1x Base/Vox, 1x Drum pad player & Vox (he's very good).
We have regular gigs booked up to November 2018 (2 already booked for next year) and getting a good reputation and momentum in the Worthing area. Most of our gigs are pubs with some charity events and private parties thrown in.
Practice is once a week (midweek) in a small but free room in my house.
Gigs are on average planned for 1 per month as we are all busy people.

This is a hard one but 80s pop, and chart, good tunes.
No rap, not much metal but if its a good song I'm in!
