Seeking competent musicans to join a collective between myself and long time drummer multi-instrumentalist producer friend. Wanting to create studio albums and gig. Full creative potential opportunities, genre emphasis around Jazz, Neo Soul, HipHop, Soul, Funk, Prog/Psych Rock, Electronic, however, very open and wanting to encourage other influences and ideas. Essentially we are looking for musicnas who just want to play and have fun but who can understand and apply basic jazz and harmonic theory so jams and creative sessions can run smoothly :)
Currently in a 3 piece band working on original material. I have been playing 15 years, self taught musician. First intrument Guitar. Self taught music Theory, understading of intermediate Jazz Harmony, modes, scales, composition, rhythms and so on... Self taught production and sound design, mixing, sampling and some mastering abilitites. Passion for experimental electronic music DAWless setup preference but also love making tracks in DAW. Self taught Bass and Piano. Bass comes a little easier due to Guitar skills and knowledge, Piano is my secondary instrument, beginner level.
