I am a mature musician with some years experience playing lead guitar at semi-pro level and am hoping to become involved in another band or individuals of any level.

Most recently I played in a Rock band playing our own material at most venues on the Birmingham rock circuit ie The Roadhouse & Scruffy Murphy’s, prior to that I played with a soul/R&B band and am open to making original music of any genre.

I have a cheerful personality and get along well with people, I also do not suffer with an inflated ego and consider playing to the song a priority rather than displaying my own abilities.

Influences

I have a very wide range of influences from classic rock through to more contemporary rock artists such as Chris Buck (Cardinal Black), Porcupine Tree, Steven Wilson, The Amazons and Nothing But Thieves.

I also love Soul/R&B such as Jill Scott, Eriykah Badhu, Tom Misch & Elli Ingram.

World music is another big influence such as, Nitin Sawhney, Falle Nioke & Fatoumata Diawara.
