ABOUT

I want to start a band with a fresh style based on funk, disco, rock and indie. Nothing too heavy. I have been playing guitar for 12 years to a grade 5 level. I can sing but I am no world class singer. I wish to write original songs and to try to stay away from covers. I have experience in recording at home and would be interested in making a sort of album. I require a bass player, keyboard player that isn't shy to use synth sounds to add a nice layer and a drummer who doesn't mind the idea of using electronic sounds eg, sample pads. If you can sing too then that's bonus.
I am very serious as have been let sound countless times over the years due to lack of commitment. I work a 9-5 job Mon to Friday so rehearsals can take place for me anyday after 6pm or anytime Saturday Sunday.
My favourite rehearsal studios are NEMIX in Newcastle and Downcast Studios on the Felling Bypass. I have a car.
