The Great North Road is a project that myself and Howard Ellis started at the begining of 2009. We write all our own material and are currently recording our first album in our home studio (we are unsigned)
We want to put a band together so we can gig tour the album next year.

My inflances are mainly from Indipendant music dated back to the Kinks right through to todays indie such as oasis , white lies , temper trap , editors , etc.. mixed with Howards influances of all types of rock.
