I'm mainly a studio musician working in a modest home studio in a dedicated room. I haven't created the songs yet so have given no thought to gigging, although I have done some with another band.

I'm mainly interested in creating a collection of new and unique songs. I have written the chord structures and lyrics but have only translated a couple or so from their original rough format which is me and a guitar, or sometimes keyboards. I consider the acoustic guitar and vocals versions to just be a rough sketch from which to work from and finish up with interesting, eclectic, alternative, indie, progressive neo psychedelic, avante gard rock/pop.

I have a couple of examples uploaded but please don't consider them exclusive. I want each song to be very different from the last,

I'm looking for creative, experimental, and committed local musicians to help with ideas, lead guitar, backing vocals, drum programming, and playing whatever instruments you can play. Generally someone who will provide a new angle to all the work. A collaborator musically speaking - the lyrics are written already. I'm aware that I can't particularly sing, but nor can some of my favorite artists, and however you put it, I have a unique, unusual, individual voice which is very mad English. I'd like backing vocals at some points to soften my harsh delivery, or more spoken parts of it..

I'd like to work with someone that can see 'that thing' in my work, is interested in it, and would like to work in the studio on a fresh project and make it more dimensional and dynamic..

I would be equally interested in working on any material you are creating, if you would like extra input. Tell me about your stuff - I'd love to get involved. Please tell me about your music, projects and goals.

If you play lead guitar please have a quick listen to the early cassette lead guitar version of T'he 1000X Story'. I'm looking for someone to really go wild on the new version and out-Hendrix Hendrix!. I want someone good at lead, who's not afraid to show off, and would relish the opportunity to go as far out there as possible, on what would be the definitive recording of that song. Your guitar skills would be used elsewhere, but not to such an extreme level :)

Whatever instrument(s) you play, and to whatever level, if you are interested in joining in with me, then you're more than welcome aboard. Anyone interested in collaborating with me - I'm already delighted and excited.

AND FINALLY...: If you are a solo artist - singer/songwriter, or a small band creating your own original material, and would like the opportunity to record some of your work to a high quality level (for uploading on to the internet or handing out as demos, or for whatever purpose you require) I would be more than happy to make that possible for you, free of charge. I would be pleased to act as engineer (or even producer, if you felt you would benefit from it) and let you use my modest - but good enough for professional HQ recordings - home HDD recording studio. I am passionate about music, and working in many different roles keeps me happy, and I would be glad to be of assistance to any local artists dipping their toes in the water and helping them along the way.

For whatever reason you may have in mind, please don't hesitate to get in touch..
