ABOUT

Suonygordna (pronounced sony gorna) is the brainchild of lead vocalist Jermaine Springer.

Suonygordna are a rock/alternative outfit whose influences include The Boomtown Rats, Blondie, Depeche Mode, Iron Maiden, Bob Marley, Rod Stewart to name a few.

Formed in 2006, their first gig was at the 3one7 Bar in Finchley London on the 29th June 2007 and they have since performed at the Eastern Haze Festival in Somerleyton Suffolk and various venues in London and Cardiff.

Originally a 4 piece outfit, band members included Jermaine (vocals), Michael (bass), Simon (guitar) and Joe (drums). However in 2010 the band have reformed with 3 members and a re-jigged line-up as follows: Jermaine (vocals & drums), Michael (bass) and Simon (guitar).
