ABOUT
SKAEMA are Neil (lead vocal, guitar, synth), Duncan (bass, backing vocal) and Peter (drums). Formed in early 2016, the three-piece pull predominantly on influences from the post-punk era and underpin them with metal-infused bass and drum riffs. The resultant sound is distinctly British, driving and powerful, yet melodic.
TALES OF THE EXPECTED was released in February 2019 featuring 11 intensive punk-inspired tracks including their debut single, JOKER. The album also includes keyboards, which have featured in their live performances from an early stage.
THE HAPPY DAZE EP was their first production and release, featuring 5 of the band's core tracks, which encapsulate the SKAEMA power and sound perfectly.

SKAEMA have been regularly playing both local and regional venues and events including the renowned Chaplin's & The Cellar Bar (Boscombe), Sound Circus (Bournemouth), The Joiners (Southampton), The Railway Inn (Winchester), The Winchester Gate (Salisbury), Moorhayes Beer & Music Festival (Tiverton, Devon), The Kings Head and The Lord Nelson (Poole).
