ABOUT

I have been professional musician/singer for 30 years. I stopped playing professionally after my son was born. I was freelance music teacher in various schools throughout Beds, Bucks and Herts. I stopped playing for nearly two years after my husband was diagnosed with cancer to care for him and then couldn't face playing for a while after he passed away. But I am desperate to start playing with a band again. I have experience of playing in alternative rock bands on keys, Ska and Raggae bands on accordion and accordion, vocals, percussion and recorder in our folk quartet, The Circlelines, which included my hubbie on banjo and other family members. My big love is Folk, Americana...I also write a lot of original songs/tunes in the folk genre.
